Ely’s restaurant was established in 2015; having the main focus of putting the customers’ needs and wants first, while not compromising quality of food.
Using traditional home recipes for staple foods like pozole and menudo, Ely’s strives to make friends out of all customers. All the traditional foods as well as the sauces are made using timeless recipes which were learned from the owner’s mom, Elyda. Owner’s daughters name, Elyda, as well as our restaurant name, Ely’s, is to honor the matriarch of the family.
The owners started in restaurant industry as dish washers. Without knowing Spanish and English, life in US was hard. Always motivated and having the big picture of owning a restaurant of their own, they worked hard and overcame every challenge. During several years of restaurant employment, the owners held virtually every position in a restaurant, excelling and setting examples for others to follow. Feeling limited to use their full potential, the owners of Ely’s were inspired to open this great establishment. Putting customers first, our vision is to open multiple locations and provide our world class customer experience and food to all our friends.
